Rosemary Wyndham-Jones

A life-long horsewoman, Rosemary Wyndham-Jones, is a natural horse-friendship trainer, an EAGALA RosemaryFacilitator (Equine Specialist), an EPONAQUEST Riding Focused Instructor and qualified with Hildrud Strasser in Holistic Horse and Hoof-care Management. Alongside her fourteen strong herd of horses she studies the dynamics and relational development of the horse/human connection. She has a warm, accepting and welcoming presence, an encouraging, relaxed style of coaching and her intuitive understanding and knowledge of horses is impressive.

Alistair Wait

A Certified Trainer of NLP (NLPTRB) began a wave of enthusiasm for NLP training in New Zealand during the early nineties. Well know for his collegial style and entrepreneurial spirit, Alistair has conducted business consultations and educational programmes in both private and government sectors for many years. NLP methodology and processes are integral to Alistair’s work. He uses NLP exquisitely and at levels many strive for. He is also an accredited Trainer in Spiral Dynamics Integral. Alistair has trained extensively as an Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) facilitator. He recognizes that horses provide a fantastically honest mirror when exploring aspects of human behaviour and he utilizes the unique environment of Dune Lakes Lodge with advantages of EAL to deliver a difference form of metaphor through which high level distinctions can be made.

Equine Pathfinders has tailored programmes for at-risk children who may not receive the support they require to equip them with life skills, grow their self confidence and open their hearts to non-judgemental relationships.

In addition, we run our popular kids life skills horse camps, courses for community organisations, groups and personal development programmes. To find out more about our programmes, please visit Youth, Individuals/Families and Retreat pages.
